Conditional format - But checking 4 different cells / ranges not the usual one!

    Hi Guys

I have a sheet which will have a list of materials going down column A. Adjacent to the products in the list, Starting in E going through to BD will be 52 weeks of the year. This will be divided into quarters (12 weeks) not sure if i should merge or not, but within each 12 week section will have a date typed in for when an audit was done, if this date is within 3 months (12 weeks) then that material will flag RED to show it's out of date.

Now I thought Easy, Use a
    Formula: copy to clipboard

then use conditional format to flag red then done, BUT that would work if there was only one date being looked at withing the E-BD range, I'll effectively have 4 dates to look at across the range, and that's where i'm stuck.

To add to this, I was thinking Green when in date and AMBER when at 2 months.

I have attached a sample, with comments to show what I mean if that's easier.

Or if there is a better way to do this then i'm open ears

    Many Thanks

Found another way in the end.

Just used a =MAX() along the whole date line and used this as the marker to compare.
