Is there any Excel Format/Template to keep track of Vendor Informations of Company - Includes - Address Details, Invoices, Payments...? Can anyone share it?

Even if there was, it would probably not fit exactly what your needs are. I suggest you create your own, that way it does what you want it to do, not what someone else created it to do.
