Hi all

I am looking for a tool which will help me create a schedule for and then track the performance of certain required activities for multiple tasks (up to 1,000).

The task is triggered by an event, the date of which is the starting point to schedule the activities. The activities are then triggered as follows off that start date:

Activity 1 - two weeks after the trigger date
Activity 2 - ten weeks after Activity 1
Activity 3 - twelve weeks after Activity 2

I am not too sure what would be the best program to use to create such a schedule - I have looked at MS Project, and don't think this is the right program.

I would also then need a system to track whether these activities were completed, and in the event that an activity is not done, that the dates are shifted out to accommodate for this. I would also need an output which would show the person the required activities to be performed for, say the week, and allow them to input the completion of these activities.

I hope the above makes sense - any advice would be greatly appreciated.
