Added a copy of the sheet.
Do you want delete duplicates from the table or you want calculation of total without duplicates?

I need to calculate a total qty and $ for each part number.

Yes, I looked at it. Looks like the duplicates are identified, but not removed?
Here is without duplicates
ok, this is great, but how do I apply that to the entire spreadsheet of 5k part numbers?
If you using excel 2007 or 2010
Click on any area in your data table, go to Data located on the ribbon and click on Remove Duplicates, click on Unselect All, then check PIN column and click Ok.
There is a button on sheet1. When you click it, the out put would be in a new sheet. It is a macro, not a formula.
