How to copy/paste column, only cells with values (non-blanks)

    Hi guys

If I have column A which contains mostly values and some blanks and column B all with values; how can I copy whole column A and paste to B but not paste all the blanks from column A (so that the B-values stay)?

    Thank you!

Highlight column A. Copy. Select the first cell in column B. Paste Special.... Choose Skip Blanks. OK.

Put the following formula in column C:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Drag it down, then copy column C and do a PasteSpecial(values) into column B. Then delete C.

If you don't want to overwrite the values in column B (which you don't say), select the range in Column A that had the data, blanks and all. Click on Find and Select, Go to Special, Constants, OK. Copy. Click at the bottom of Column B and Paste Special, Skip Blanks, OK. All the values of Column A without the blanks will be pasted onto the end of the data in Column B.
