    Excel "Go To" Not Working

    Hi! I'm new here.

I notice that sometimes the "Go To" function does not work. When I click on the named range Excel just brings the cursor to a the first cell of a worksheet rather than the actual cell/range. I find that I need to restart Windows in order to fix this. A simple restart of Excel does not work. Any one have any ideas on how to solve this problem? Cheers!

I don't think so that it needs the system restart for locating a named range via goto

    Hi Sixth Sense,
Yup, that's why I'm also confused.
Could it be because the workbook is corrupted? And if so, is there a simple way to repair the workbook?
    Thanks in advance!

Press Ctrl+O and locate the workbook and when clicking the Open Button select the Drop Down Item which shows Open & Repair Option.

Refer the attached screenshot for details.
