How to add more rows plz

How should I add more rows under the 1st tab A I S S Tab like for e.g if you see now it has Ala Carte 1 to Ala carte 10. I would like to add more coloumns from Ala Carte 11 to Ala carte 100 or even more then that if possible as I have to manage the data of more then 5000 users/sets at a single point of time.

So when I add these numbers in Ala Carte 1 & 2 given below:

Say suppose you put the first entire set of numbers starting from 1st number 1002 to the end 8010 in the 1st coloumn of Ala carte 1 which belongs to 1st user. And then you put the second set of numbers starting from 1002 till the end 8010 in the second coloum AlaCarte 2 which belongs to the second user. The out put of that you will see it in the second tab known as A B S O Tab and in the 3rd tab known as Combined Tab. The difference between both the sets of numbers which belongs to 2 different users you will see that 3020 number is not there for the second user/set but is there for the 1st user/set. 1 entire set belongs to 1 particular user only. So I can only do this for 10 users at a single point of time as there are only 10 rows created in the 1st tab which is known as A I S S Tab which you can see from Ala carte 1 row to Ala carte 10 row. How can I add more then 5000 rows like right from Ala Carte 1 row to Ala Carte 5000 row at 1 point of time so that I can see the outputs/results of those 5000 users should reflect in the 2nd & 3rd tabs. I have attached the spreadsheet for the same.

I will explain you in a simpler way by giving an example: Your forum name is shg right. So shg has the 1st set of numbers say like 1002, 1003, 1005, 2020 & 3000 respectively. So these 5 numbers only you are having. So I will count you as the 1st user with the 1st set of codes. Now when I enter these numbers in the Ala Carte 1 row of the 1st Tab, the output of that in the second tab would be crim, reference & driving record respectively. The 3rd tab would give the code as CRFM, CRFED and so on. So every user has its own set of codes. So I can only see the results of 10 users at a time becoz there are only 10 coloumns from Ala Carte 1 to Ala Carte 10 in the 1st tab. How should I add more coloumns in the same way so that I can see the results of Many More users. Bcoz I get the data of more then 5000 users at a single point of time.

As near as I can tell I think the reason you aren't getting the help you need is that the request seems vague. Here is a suggestion, you have numbers in your first post but none in the spreadsheet. It might be more help to show what you have in the sheet (say AISS for instance) then show what the results are you want in the other sheets. That might get things started.

Ok I have attached the 2 sheets for example. In 1 sheet which is Book2 you shall see I have mentioned 20 users and their contents below in it. These contents are all the numbers specifically for each user assigned to them specifically. Now when I add the contents for the 1st 10 users from book 2 in the Apple Tab which is in the 2nd sheet (example 1 sheet), you shall see the results of it in Mango and Pineapple tab. I would like to know how to add more rows to the Apple tab so that I can add all the 20 users contents (From Book 2 sheet) in it. Now I can only add 10 users contents only in the apple tab, so how do I add more rows to the apple tab so that I could see the results of all 20 users at one time or even more then that?

I think the problem is that the sheets you uploaded aren't much more help.
For example book2 seems to repeat your first post but in sheet1 and sheet2 has data in it but no explanation.
example 1 just shows sheets Apple, Mango and Pineapple with no explanation of what is to go where.
I told you in my post to include your orginal data (I think you did that) then show WHAT you want, the results you want the data to be.
Otherwise I think you're really not going to get much help.

I think you missed my point in post #13. You added two spreadsheets but you need to show an example of what the results are you are looking for. So if you have a collection of data as shown in post 1, how do you want it formatted and where and in what order? So essentially a sample of the results you want from the sample of the data you gave.

Open a macro-enabled Workbook or save your Workbook As Macro-Enabled

Select “Module” from the Insert menu

Type "Option Explicit" then paste the code under it

And, you should be ready to go

With the cursor between Sub and End Sub press F5 (F8 to Single Step)

OR

Press ALT + Q to close the code window.

Press ALT + F8 then double click on the macro name

First of all I would like to thank everyone of you for helping me out but this is not what I want. I will explain you with pictures exactly what I want.

Daily I have a sheet of more then 10,000 users for whom I have to check the records. So I will give you an example for just few of them so that you can understand exactly what I need.

Now you will see that I have a blank sheet named as example 1. Lets say I want to check 20 users data.

So what I do is put the 1st users data which you can see of No 1 user in example 1 sheet in the screenshot http://tinypic.com/r/16209ae/8, in apple tab, you will see the results/records of it by pressing the F9 key in Mango tab & pineapple tab as shown in MANGO result pic http://tinypic.com/r/15mo1t0/8. Pineapple Tab gives the combined results of a single/multiple users alltogether as shown in the Pineapple result pic http://tinypic.com/r/dxmhcp/8. So now when I want to check the results of 10 users, this is what I do I enter them in the Apple Tab as shown in the pic Apple screenshot 2 http://tinypic.com/r/xculcm/8 & the results of 10 users in the Mango tab as shown in the Mango screenshot 2 (2) http://tinypic.com/r/148evd/8 and the combined results of all the users in the Pineapple tab as shown in Pineapple screenshot 2(3) http://tinypic.com/r/1zxfgy/8.

Now what I want is exactly as you will see I have the option of only seeing records & results of 10 users only at 1 time in apple, mango & pineapple tabs in example 1 sheet. It looks like you need to add more columns and not,necessarily, more rows - do you want to transfer all the data to the apple tab - or, could you explain, one more time what you're trying to do?

If you unhide the sheets individually one by one then you would be able to see everything.

I have gone through your file. Clearly understood what it is.
the workbook contains lot of array formulas.
The Pineapple sheet result is not for single user, it is for set of 10 users.

U want to add columns in 1st sheet so that u can get result for 20 users in other sheets.
This can be done.

We Can do with only 20 Users and not with any more Like 100 or 500 or more then that bro. Also Make sure that in the Pineapple tab All should show in 1 coloumn only the codes of all 20 users which you have done. Not like 1 coloumn 10 and then another coloumn 10.
