    how to present scenario information

Hello. I've created a model, that shows the impact of different growth rates on the bottom line profit (for example, increase sales x%, that impacts expenses x%, and profits x%). I can toggle the rates and see what the result is but for executives it would be more insightful to see different scenarios. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so could you recommend how to present multiple scenarios (charts, etc.). I was thinking of just copying and pasting the results for different scenarios but I imagine you could probably do something cooler with excel. Thanks.

What are your scenarios driven by?

Your model statistics are pretty vague, but let's assume we're talking about labor rate. By inserting a Spin Button from the Developer Tab, you could have data that's being fed from a single cell be altered as your click up or down on the little icon.

"Here's where our profits stand when we pay our people X, and if I click this icon you can see how the graph updates to show our bottom line during the cost of living increases we'll see next month."

Another Spin Button variation: You could even have multiple sets of data tabled out, and have the graphs pointing to a different table set where a VLOOKUP is retrieving the data dynamically according to the column # dictated by the Spin Button.

Imagine the scenario below, where the Spin Button's cell link is set to A50. You put the min value at 1, increment by 1, and point the graph to A1:B10.

By default, the graph is showing dataset1, because the offset is pulling 1 column to the right. You click the up button, the output increments to 2, and now dataset2 is feeding the graph. This way you can show a number of scenarios in a single graph, with just a few clicks.

Would you mind showing me an example in a spreadsheet? Thanks.
