    Filter one condition in multiple data range

    No. Name of the sales person Handling Location
    1 James 1st street to 7th street
    2 David, David(B3), sells his product from 3rd street to 7th Street. 3rd street to 7th street
    3 Paul 2nd street to 6th street
    4 Sam Only 4th street
    5 Macklin 1st street to 2nd street
    6 Wilfred Only 1st street
    7 Glen 1st street to 3rd street
    8 Juliana 1st street to 5th street
    9 Savio 3rd street to 4th street
    10 Sophia Only 6th sreet
    11 Lian 4th street to 8th Street
    12 Christopher 2nd street to 8th street
    13 Clayton 5th street to 8th street
    14 Moses 7th Street to 8th street
    15 Abraham 2nd street to 3rd street
    16 Mary 4th street to 6th Street
    17 Pinto Only 8th street
    18 Jhon 3rd street to 5th street


    1) The data in column "C" is the details of location where the sales executive sell their product.
    For an example James(B2) he sells his product from 1st street to 7th Sreet

    2) Please let me know how to filter if I want to see only those sales persons name who all are Selling in specific street street like,
    all sales persons who all are handling 1st street OR 4th sreet OR 5th Sreet Or 8th Street

    By calculating mannually the result is as mentioned below, But I want to know how to filter this data. Because in my data both name of the sales executive and Location is very large. Please help.
    1st Street
    1 James 1st street to 7th street
    5 Macklin 1st street to 2nd street

    7 Glen 1st street to 3rd street

    Sorry, didn't even see your attachment. Here's your data, minus the Filter Button macro i created in mine.

    Just click choose the street on the dropdown, and then Filter column D for true.

    No, Location data has to be saved as from street to to street (like 1st street to 7th street etc.). need to filter from this data, Handling Location data format can not be changed.

    For an example. if a train is running from station A to Station Z, We want the list of passengers based on their trip (trip is a filter criteria like A to D, C to K, etc.) like travelling from A to F, B to Y, D to M, C to Z, K to Y, etc.

    hi, yes this is the thing I want. Can you tell me how can I add additional location in J1 pciklist. because we will be keep adding sales persons and the location as well.

    Need help on creating drop down menu to select single or multiple location from given data in separate sheet. and next filter for multiple selection based on previous filter.
