Long date/short date conversion and cycle time calculation

TAB NAME: CONTRACT WORKSPACE QUEUE

Need help converting long dates (Friday,14 Feb, 2014) to short dates (02/14/2014).

Once that date is converted into a short date format, need to calculate the total cycle time (Column M) by subtracting my "Create Date" (Column B ) from "CW Create Date" (Column J).
