"Excel 2013 "IF" function Help

Good Afternoon All,

I've been trying to create some sort of formula that helps me out with payroll. I've attempted alot of hand jamming but it becomes time consuming. I would like to create some sort of if function that incorporates a pay chart to match up to the pay scale of the employee. been looking online for hours and all i get is error messages. i've attached a picture of the table, as it does not let me upload the excel file. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
