I have an excel data base that is being completed by various members of the team which is collecting financial information for projects. My question is I dont want to send the excel file to every Project Manager, is there a way in either Excel 2013 or Access 2013 for an email template to be created and sent to each of the PM for them to complete and return back to me which is linked ot the data base in Excel or in Access?


I know access 2007 had the collect data function but this has now been turned off in the latest microsoft package and I would like to go down the same route of collecting data if possible.

My preference is excel as there are formula in there doing various calculations.
