Remove duplicate records with older date and time

i have to removed the duplciate records with older dates. The date column is made up of date and time.



ID Expiry Date
12 02 Mar 2013 12:57:04
12 20 Apr 2013 10:49:24
50 20 Apr 2013 10:57:06
50 21 Oct 2013 07:20:54
50 24 Oct 2013 08:41:56

Hi,

Have you tried the 'Data' 'Remove Duplicates'?

You might need to set up a helper column to extract the Date only if the Date & Time occupy one cell. You don't however say which ID should be removed when you find a duplicate.

I have used Data Removed Duplicates. Sorted by Newest Date. Had to keep the entrire row for newest date
