Create Scroll Bar to Scroll through Year of Dates

Hi,

I am trying to create a Gantt Chart which displays 28 days worth of dates in a row with an added scroll bar that scrolls to the next day and so on. However, my spreadsheet doesn't seem to manage this very well.

I have
L8 = =(C7-WEEKDAY(C7,2)+$K$8)+7*$K$1 Where C7 = StartDate, K8 = Day Value (monday=1. This shows the date of the beginning of that week.
M8:NN8 = L8+1:NM8+1 - to show all days. (will be hidden eventually)
L9:NN9 = L9:AS9- to show the date of that week beginning. = THIS IS THE FIELD RANGE THAT SHOULD SCROLL.

Please if there is anyone out there could you help with this, all the rows underneath should also scroll along the same criteria so that if i put a value in cell L10 and then scrolled along so that 30/12/2013 is hidden so should these values.
