Need total sum of hours for each shift assigned to each day with no breaks

Hi I am working on a excel spreadsheet and I am stuck
What I am trying to do is to enter in data eg start time sat 23:30 with 45min break and finish on Sun at 7:30 looking have this formula 7days week
