Index Match with 3 match criteria

Hi,

This is a follow-up from a previous worksheet I'm working on. I am needing B16 on sheet 1 to index off B3:Z202 and return/ match based on b8, b10 and b12 on sheet 1. It needs to return the panel price to b16 based off all of those criteria.

=INDEX(Sheet2!$B$3:$Z$202,MATCH(B8,Sheet2!A3:A202,0),MATCH(B12&B10,INDEX(Sheet2!B1:Z1&Sheet2!B2:Z2,0),0)) SHOULD WORK
