    Macro to open web page

Is it possible to set a macro to direct you to a specific www. webpage?

For instance - I have a macro which currently brings up a text box, if the ueser clicks "ok" I would like it to direct them to a specific webpage -www.google.co.uk for example?

There are loads of ways to do this - I can think of three or four off the top of my head, but this is probably the simplest - wraps it all up into one line :

Re: Macro to open web page

I have a question regarding this same action however with a twist.

I would like to create a Macro that grabs information entered by the user from the spreadsheet, plugs it into the web URL, then opens said URL in a new tab in the internet browser.

For instance, the user would type in 12345 then click the macro. The macro would place the "12345" in a web address in place of the "XX" and in this web address "www.openme.com/XX.jpg"

Not sure that this is possible and may be a little tricky, but thought if anyone would know they would be on this forum.

Thanks in advance for the help!!
