First payment of each group

The result at H8 Sheet Ct is 17/02/2014. It is the first payment of Thu group.
I just want to remove Auxiliary Column and Count in Sheet Diary D.

Does a pivot table give the desired result ?

1. It works.
In Sheet Ct, formula based on array, it repeats the result 2 times, for example 19/08/2013.
And how to stop formula when it finds enough the date of payments ?

2.Just tell me how to fix this warning " The Pivot Table was saved without the underlaying data. Use the Refresh Data command to update the Report ".

To fix the warning:
1. Click on a cell within the pivot table
2. Click right mouse button
3. Choose Refresh

Every time the data changes you have to refresh the pivot table
