Help to count please

Hello,

hard to explain but I will try, see spreadsheet attached

I have column 1 with "systems" - cells with text values, names of the systems
Column 2 - priority of the systems - text and numbers values
Column 3 - status of the systems either "ok" or "not ok" - text values

Question: I need to count a number of "OK" Systems in Priority 1

Please help with the formula, spreadsheet attached
