Conditional Formatting (in EXCEL 2013)

I need some help with Conditional Formatting. I using EXCEL in Office 2013.

I want to fill cells with a color if they contain a formula (equation), but leave them unfilled if the contain anything else (e.g., text, a number, etc.) or are blank.

I have tried several times and have had no luck.

Can anyone help?

Replace the "A1" with desired Cell Ref

=ISFORMULA(A1)

Mega-thanks.

This works beautifully.

I am new to Office 2013, so it took me a while to figure out where to put it, but then it works great.

As an aside, if I open the workbook with Office 2003, it cannot handle this conditional formatting.
