Highlight cells that used the specific values twice of more. CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

Hi Guys,

Please help.

I have a list of certain values that cannot be used twice or more in column A.

If these certain values were used twice or more, cells will be highlighted. (I knew that I was just repeating myself, just like to explain my queries. lol)

I got stuck in this formula.

=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$400,$K$202:$K$209)>1

Problem was It highlights the entire column.

I countif the list of certain values in column L then conditional formatting
formula: =AND($L$202 >1, $A2=$K$202)
