Printing from Excel (Move Titel to the next page)

I use Excel for calculation purposes and to prepare an offer for my customer I would like the print the offer.

Every offer exist of several positions (Subjobs)

Every Subjobs has 4 rows in Excel:
Row 1: Position number and title
Row 2: Description
Row 3: Qty, Price per unit, Total price.
Row 4: Blank

At times the desription is quite long and then rows 2-4 move to the next page.

It looks better when Row 1 would move to the next page as well. As there any way I could achieve that automatically in Excel?

No, thats not what I meant (thats implemented in the pdf already). What I do mean is the following:
On page 1 you see the position number and title "1.01.0002 Baustellensicherung u. Umleitung kanal- u. Strassenbau" The desription starting with: "Sicherung der Baustelle innerhalb der abgesperrten
Baustellenbereiche (für die Titel Kanal- und" you will find on the next page. I would prefer to keep them together, so the position number and the title would have to move to the next page.
How to do that automatically as offers are at times up to 100 pages.
