Using Excel for a 301 redirect map

Hi everyone, I have to do a 301 redirect map for an art supply ecommerce shop and redirect over 21,000 URLs to their equivalent on the new site. What makes things more "interesting" is that the URLs are really different. For example:

Current URL: /products/acrylic-colours/artists-acrylic-colour-/colour-chart/burnt-sienna/
New URL: /shop/acrylic-colour/professional-acrylic/professional-acrylic-burnt-sienna-2-03-us-fl-oz-60ml-tube-2320074

Does anyone know a scalable solution to do all 21,000 redirects using excel?
