Hi All,
Thanks very much for your time, I hope I am posting in the right spot, and that I'm clear enough for someone to help me. If not, I apologize.
Excel Example:
A B
1 Bonds 2.6
2 Stocks 1.7
Row 1 - Fill color - BLANK
Row 2- Fill color - BLUE
Scenario:
I have 1 excel file, 1 word file in which I have special copied cells from Excel to automatically update on Word. I have just a regular data chart like above, A1-E1, 36 columns down. Simple numbers data, nothing fancy.
Problem:
When I copy B1 2.6, to Word, it shows up with a BLUE underline under it (almost as if it's copying a small part of B2's top of the cell).
How do I fix this? I've played with margins, font size, even though I don't have much room in these areas due to my report on word. My word file shows the linked number (2.6) perfectly fine, updates great, nothing wrong with the link, however it shows a blue underline on it, and really makes my word file look like crap with all these underlines. I wish it would just copy the cell and nothing else, but for some reason the cells below color is seeping through and causing all these underlines.
Can anyone help me, or need more detail if I wasn't clear? I very much appreciate your time.
Thanks,
Robert
