Summarizing Item List

There probably is a way to do it but from a screen shot and minimal information it would be impossible unless someone can simply guess what it is you are looking to do. How about upload a sample file with data and an explanation of what you have and what you want.

I think a sumproduct formula would work but I am working from my iMac at home and excel is not as functional as it is for PC. That being said, one time only highlight each value in your formula in O3 (click on B2 then C2 etc in the formula) and with each click on F4 on your keyboard and it will change each to $B$2 and $C$2 etc and that will lock in that part of the formula for your drag down. Hope that helps for now. Will check back in when I get to work to see if you still need help.

In O3 Cell of Service Sheet

=SUMPRODUCT($B$2:$N$2*B3:N3)

Drag it down...

I knew that a sumproduct formula was the answer. Thanks for helping faletti Sixthsense! The Apple excel version is a poor substitute for PC when it comes to excel.
