    Rotation Schedule

    Hi everyone

    i want to make a rotation schedule where the number of city is greater than sales.
    i have 32 cities to visit but i only have 23 sales, so 1 sales have to visit more than 1 city in a day and they have 1 holiday in a week, i'm using vlookup function but i got stuck.

    Any help will be appreciated

    I suggest you attach a copy of your workbook so we can see how your formulas are working. Remember to remove/replace any sensitive data before uploading.
