2 24 hour timers in series

I have 2 24 hour programmable lamp timers the first is on for 2 units of time and off for 1 unit. the second is plugged into the first and only runs when the first one is on. It is programmed to be on for 5 units and off for 2 units.
I need to chart the on, off time of the second timer. should be somewhat random.

It is all purple smoke and mirrors.

Solution found . A little math and index function. Working on algorithm to cover different cycles on the first timer.
