To copy some datas automatically from one sheet to another sheet

Hi

i have one excel sheet ,in which i have somany datas with one status column"done" and "pending".I need another one sheet in same work book named pending and also need all "pending" rows should want be there automatically,,,can anybody help

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

there are two sheets 1-summary 2-pending

Actually i need to transfer all pending entries FROM the "summary" sheet to "pending" sheet automatically, when the status colum of the summary sheet turns to "PENDING".

Having taken a look at your workbook, I question why you need a PENDING worksheet at all. Why not just use the summary worksheet and make use of the FILTERS to display what you want according to the STATUS column?

This will allow you to retrieve the activities of for example a particular supplier regardless of the status of a project without having to compile the data from different sources.

Your workbook would be much simpler and probably easier to use.
