    Scheduling of employees

Does anyone know if there are any templates available for employee scheduling that I am in need of.. I have seen several but none that I found meet what I need..... The schedule I need is relatively simple. I work in retail as a Store Manager and each month I am given an amount of hours I can use for each week, For instance... One week may be 140hrs total , the next may be 155hrs, the next may be 120hrs. What I would like to be able to do is input the hours I am alloted to use and have it deduct from the total I input the employees hours for the week, this way I can be sure not to over the total hours for that week. Hopefully this makes sense and someone can help me. I currently only have 8 employees to schedule weekly. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

    Re: Scheduling of employees

That did give me some help,, thank you!!! Since I am clueless with excel I now need to find a way to make it a bit better by being able to input times of the shifts for the employee and have it deduct from the Total hours for the week. Work week runs from Sunday to Saturday, Hopefully I can find some online tutorials to figure this out. Once I do I can simply save as a template and never have to touch it again...LOL. Thanks so much for the help.
