Double clicking rows in Excel 2010 is not expanding to wraped text. Why?

My cells have wrap around text enables. However when I double-click the row, it does not automatically adjust the row height to accommodate all of the text. It shrinks to a small row height. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Sorry, can't reproduce your problem. Anytime that I have wrapping selected for cell format or click on the Wrap Text button the Home tab, the cell expands. I never get to the point where I have to double click the row sizing handle...it is done before I get to that point.
