!! Help with huge amount of data - allocation

I have an excel database with the yield of many fields from 2006->2013.
Every owner has many fields to grow fruits, and that is why we have many codes of the same numbers (for example 4).
As you can understand the fields do not used every year.
I managed to allocate them so as to have in every line for every code the yield from 2006 to 2013. I did that but first sorting the codes then the age and then the acres to be able to separate same codes.

But since the data are not 100% correct I have some problems and for example the code 503 as you will see it is correct until 2008 but after that the allocation is wrong and you will notice that the field that should be at 503 - 3 is at 503 -1. Is there anyway to correct those mistakes or make an algorithm that will not do that mistakes in the first place?

If you have any question please fill free to ask.
It is a very important project and your help will be very useful.
For you guys that like those stuff it will be a good brain teaser.

I don't see what you are referring to. What exactly is the mistake and where is it. Code 503 seems to be like all the other codes.
