Need a formula that reacts to a spin box and only shows monday dates

Hi I have a spin box that shows the days of the week, I want to be able to limit it to show only the monday dates.

This is my current formula

=WORKDAY(A2,1)

Yes please, sorry I should have been more specific, I need the user to be able to use the spin box and go backwards and forwards in monday only dates

That works brilliantly, is there any way to make the spin box advance just by one click, at the moment it takes 5-6 clicks to get the next date to show?
