    conditional format based on dates.

    Hello All,

I set conditional format the cell highilighted when C2>B2+2. C2 is the date assigned, B2 is the completed date. The problem I have is that it counts weekend. for example, assignment date 3/21 is Friday and completed date is 3/24 on monday. It should not be highlighted becuase it is actually only 1 working day. Can someone help me with this please?

    Thanks in advanced.
    KAT
