Grouping information in excel

I need help with this work.

In particular I have a list of companies and to each company could correspond several rows.
It could happen that a company has several rows which correspond to the same location.
My work is doing something like that:

Starting from:

Apple Cupertino
Apple Cupertino
Apple San Francisco
Google San Francisco
Google London
Amazon Milan
Amazon Milan
Amazon Milan
Amazon Seattle

I should get something like this:

Apple Cupertino 2
Apple San Francisco 1
Google San Francesco 1
Google London 1
Amazon Milan 3
Amazon Seattle 1

In this way I can eliminate some rows without losing the information.

uhm, no... I believe that my request was not clear.
I have a first column (A) in which there are the companies name.
In the second column there are their locations and it could happen that several same locations correspond to the same company (ie two Cupertino locations for Apple).
Finally I have a third column in which the number of same location for the same company are counted.

So if I have
Apple Cupertino
Apple Cupertino
Apple San Francisco
Google London
Google San Francisco

The final result has to be:
Apple Cupertino 2 %(number of times that cupertino appears ONLY REFERRED TO APPLE)
Apple San Francisco 2 %(number of times that san francisco appears ONLY REFERRED TO APPLE)
Google London 1
Google San Francisco 1

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.
