Hyperlink to a static URL and then include a cell referece

Hello

I need to create a Hyperlink to a static URL but then add a cell reference

The static url is known - www.helloworld.com

A column in my spreadsheet contains the data needed to add to the end of the static URL - so it would look like www.helloworld.com=(B2)

I tried this

=HPYERLINK("www.helloworld.com)+B2,Link - but it is not working :-(
