Autonumbering the unique Values

Hello everybody!

I have an excel with 25000 rows and i wont to autonumber from this kind of table excel 1.PNG in this kind of table excel 2.PNG.
Is this posible?
If yes, how can i autonumber this excel?
Please, help me.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

ok i will send a part of excel because is very large (25000 row), that is why i send a foto...

This is the excel without autonumber excel.xlsx.
This is a excel with manual number instered by me, till 100 rows like this excel 1.xlsx.

So this is a database with debtors, i wont to import this in access but i need an ID NUMBER, this is what i wont to create.
The empty rows are because some debtor have paid their credi. Every debtor has its empty rows because of paymants, wich must be the same nr with that person wich paid them...

I hope to be clear.
