IF Then Formula between Sheets

Attached is an example with a spreadsheet. I am trying to get the info to flow from the data tab to the VPO tab.

So if the name in cell B1 of the VPO tab showed up in the Data tab in Column D then I would like the corresponding info to filter to the VPO tab to each cell

HELP!!!

Confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER not just ENTER. You will see { } brackets appear around the formula.

Then copy across the columns and down as far as you want.

Note: Adjust the ranges to suit... I only accounted for upto row 1000 of the Data Sheet. Then reconfirm the formula with CSE and re-copy across and down.
