Match or Higher than

Hi

I have a working formula that has 4 match criteria of which one of them should be the same or be higher than another cell, currently it is only working if higher than the other cell.

Here is my formula: =IF(AND(EXACT($A2,$F2),D2>H2,EXACT($B2,$G2),C2<=2,C2>=1),15,"")

D2>H2 i am missing maybe a match symbol i.e (D2=166 or more & H2=166) is supposed to be a match but as it stands now (D2=166 & H2=166) is not registering but it will register

when (D2=167 & H2=166), it needs to be the same or higher than.
