Need macro to remove duplicates from excel sheet after adding the contents

Hi

I have excel sheet having duplicate values. I want it to sort it in such order that duplicate rows(oldest one) will get deleted and contents of the column assosciated with it should get added with the latest value.

For ex: I have below data...

Week# Incident# Start Date End Date Effort Status
15 Im-1 4/9/2014 4/10/2014 3 WIP
15 Im-2 4/9/2014 4/10/2014 4 Closed
15 Im-3 4/9/2014 4/10/2014 5 Closed

Could you please be more specific as to which column are you checking for duplicate values and which column are you adding the values in. It will be good if you can attach an Excel with input and required output.
