Can someone give me Clarity and Opulent themes for Excel?

I need them for an assignment. I was not informed that Excel 2013 would be missing vital themes that i need, so im stuck up the river without a theme. Have to use those themes or assignment is null.

I have searched the internet, there seems to be no place to download them. I am told all i need is a document that uses that themes and i can save it from there, or someone can just push "Save Theme" and a tiny document appears, and i can use that.
