How to generate table from cumulative table?

Hye all, Im newbie here.
Is anyone can advice me how to generate full table refer to cumulative table?
Here are the example:

From, To, per 1, cumulative
-200, 0 , 0.285 , 411
0 , 10 , 17.47 , 586
10 , 20 , 23.35 , 820
20 , 23 , 28.16667 , 904
23 , 50 , 28.30236 , 1668
50 , 150 , 28.28914 , 4497
150 , 190 , 28.23915 , 5627

convert to full table as example :

0, 411
1, 428.47
2, 445.94
3, 463.41
4, 480.88
5, 498.35
6, 515.82
7, 533.29
8, 550.76
9, 568.23
10, 585.7

and so on,

It would probably be easier to assist you if you provided a sample workbook, showing what you have and what you want.
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
