    I need a cell to put the number 1 in it when the time is 12:00 a.m.

    Hi, I need a cell to put the number 1 in it when the time hits 12:00 a.m. This will be used every day. Thank you.

    This formula will work only if the workbook is active and the sheet is refreshed by any change in the sheet, for example a change in the cell value.
