Dear all excel lovers,
I have excel result sheet which contains students information. i.e. name, subjects and their corresponding marks, grade, percentage etc. So from that sheet I want to print result cards for each students separately from the data (result sheet).
I am not asking specific question But I am asking in general....That You can show me way to do this. I am confused because i think i cant do this with excel...... I have to use MS access.......Please guide How can I do this.......

As you're asking for a general suggestion, here is mine contribution.
You can create a good model of result card at sheet2.
a) Pick up data from sheet1 using VLOOKUP and print each result card individually typing the name you want.
b) You can build a VBA code and print all the result cards individually in an automatic way.
You can create a good model of result card at MS WORD.
Use sheet1 of Excel as a data provider.
Using the Mailling option at MS Word itīs so easy.
In this way you can choose to print one or all result cards individually.
