Consolidate grocery order by removing unused rows

I have a long grocery order list and only choose about 100 items out of 1000. I would like to send it to the store with only the items I need. There are several category headings throughout the list which I would like to keep...like Produce, Meats, etc. The list total dollar amount is automatically updated as I enter the amount of the items I need. I just have a lot of unused items (10) pages worth. Any help would be appreciated. I'm ok with excel but not great. Thanks

Please upload a sample template of your workbook using the "Go Advanced" option. By going through the description you have provided here, I think this can be achieved by adding one more column & then filtering the rows you chose based on your requirement.
