We are trying to build a excel document for Payroll in our office and having a bit of troulble with our if statments, we are basically trying to do the following. Say my commission is $100 in A1. and I have hours in another cell. If employee hours are less than 38.8 they will recieve 90% of comission if above 38.8 will recieve full commission. if less than 36 hrs will recieve 80% of commission if less than 34% will recieve 50% of commission. HELP PLEASE!
