Excel 2021 Scrapbook

New user of Excel 2021. Updated from Excel 2011. Cannot find Scrapbook. Need to be able to make a list of items to copy to different spreadsheet. Will not copy all so therefore require separate items as Scrapbook offered. Yes, found clipboard but that for one item only and item closed after quitting spreadsheet and not saved as in Scrapbook.

Trust my explanation sufficient for understanding.

Need help as now defeated.

Is Scrapbook, the name of a file you had previously saved? I am not familiar with an Excel function referred to as Scrapbook. Please elaborate.
