Hi and welcome to the forum
Do you have empty cells/rows in your range? By default, the filter goes to 1 row above the 1st empty row.
Remove the filter, highlight the entire range, then reset the filter

2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

It's limited to 10000 items in XL2007 and later, or 1000 in 2003 and prior, if that's what you mean?
