highlight 2 cells with times of day that overlap

I want 2 cells that are not next to each other and that contain times of day to highlight only if the times overlap, I cant figure out how to make the conditional formatting do this...

I will if I have too lol, but would an example be ok?

In my timesheet cell A3 has the time 4:30 pm (a shift end), a cell below, A6 has the time 4:15 pm entered (next shift start), this overlap only happens sometimes in a week, can I make the conditional formatting highlight these 2 cells when and if this happens? I don't want to prevent it, I just want to be able to identify those cells when it does happen.
