    keyboard shortcut

Does anyone know a shortcut or a setting that I can easily change to move a selected row of cells down to the next row without adding it to the range? I have to name 300 different ranges that are comprised of a single row in a table, so I hit the DOWN ARROW, then SHIFT + SPACEBAR, then I go up to the NAME BOX and type the name, it's so tedious I was trying figure out ways to make it faster.

I don't know if this can be done with keyboard but it can be done with mouse. Place cursor right on the border of the cell and should be able to see cursor change to a cross. Then press and hold left button and drag cell to any place and release button.

I don't actually want to move the contents of the cells but to select/highlight a new row right beneath, if that makes sense.

Also is there a shortcut to bring me into the NAME BOX so that I don't have to touch the mouse at all?

    Re: keyboard shortcut

I found this weird shortcut CTR,SHIFT,F3 that lets me quickly name a range based on the value of one of it's cells but it won't work for me because all the cells in my range have incompatible punctuation and numbers, I was wondering if there was a similar one that would assign a generic name or something?
