automatically enter a value if another cell is in range.

Hi guys

I need a conditional format to enter either Acceptable , Review or Unacceptable in a cell depending on the value of another cell

i.e.

if A1 was equal to or more than 1 and less than 5 D1 would show Acceptable
if A1 was equal to or more than 5 but less than 10 D1 would show Review
and if A1 was equal to 10 or more D1 would show Unacceptible

This needs to work for A2 and D2 and so on


easy but I just cant get it to work
